Voor elk onbeschadigd product, kun je in overleg met Simpel Knit retourneren, mail naar: simpelknit@gmail.com binnen 14 dagen na de datum waarop je het product hebt ontvangen, en dan overleggen we met u hoe we het gaan aanpakken: bijvoorbeeld het omruilen of een terugbetaling aanbieden op basis van de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode . Let wel op: ieder product is uniek, er is dus geen garantie dat je hetzelfde product krijgt. De volgende producten komen niet in aanmerking voor retournering: alle digitale breipatronen.

Please email us at simpelknit@gmail.com within 14 days from the date you received the product, and we will take a look if it is possible to exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
